New Patient Consultation
This is the first visit patients have with Dr. Chuang or Dr. von Plitt where they get to establish care and discuss their health concerns.

New Patient Procedure Consultation
This is only for new patients who are seeking the following services:
- Botox / Xeomin Injections.
- Microneedling and/or Nanoneedling
- Perineural Injection Therapy (PIT)

Follow-up Visit
This option is for patients who have already established care with Dr. Chuang and/or Dr. von Plitt and who are returning for ongoing care.

Asian Bodywork
These appointments are for established patients who are receiving Asian Bodywork (tui na massage, fire cupping, or gua sha) from Dr. Meg Chuang.

These appointments are for established patients who are receiving lymphatic drainage massage from Dr. Meg Chuang.

These appointments are for established patients who are coming in for a manual therapy-only visit as a part of an overall treatment plan, or just for a tune-up.

These appointments are for established patients who are coming in for microneedling or nanoneedling only.
